You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you, to tell you what it is, or to correct it. It's free, and we respond within 30 days. To protect you, we confirm who's asking before we act, and we only tell account owners, signed in, what we hold. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect.

Deleting removes your account, personal workspace, saved lists, and scans, and can't be undone. Business workspaces you own with other members need a new owner first. Stripe keeps payment records as tax law requires.

Have a My Skin account? Sign in to delete your account yourself in Settings › Privacy, or so we can act on this without emailing you first.
